Brittanie started her career with San Miguel Fire & Rescue in April 2022. She worked for Sharp for eight years in case management and has wide-ranging knowledge with HIPAA and OSHA compliance. She is currently working on finishing her Human Resources SHRM certification, which focuses on the public sector. She has experience with recruitment, hiring processes, onboarding new employees, and digitizing processes. She has been a volunteer with Saddles in Service, YMCA, and Heartland Fire and brings with her a passion for the fire service and the community it serves. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding as well as camping with her family and dogs.
