Individuals may request to receive Board correspondence (agendas and public notices) by email. If you would like to be added to the e-mail distribution list to receive information from the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District, Board of Directors, please complete the form below.
This request is effective for the 2021 calendar year. Anyone interested in receiving agendas after 2021 must complete a new request form. It is the responsibility of the requesting individual to submit the new request form on an annual basis.
Read the following statement prior to submitting form
It is the intent of the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District (the "District") to email meeting agenda to the requesting individual 3 business days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting. It is the requesting individual’s responsibility to furnish the District with a valid and correct email address. If the requesting individual changes or cancels the email address submitted here, it is their responsibility to complete a new Agenda Packet Distribution List Form, submitted via the District website.
The San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District is not responsible for errors in the transmission of e-mail. If the District experiences multiple transmission errors indicating an invalid or incorrect e-mail address, the District may delete that e-mail address from the Agenda Packet Distribution List without notice. It is the responsibility of the requesting individual to notify the District in the event that the email is not received. Please note posted agenda are always available on our website -- simply scroll to the bottom of the homescreen.
