NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE SAN MIGUEL CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

Please take notice that the District is adopting a capital improvement project #1 for the bond repayment of Headquarters Facility (Station 15), located at 2850 Via Orange Way, Spring Valley, CA 91978, and Station 22, located at 11501 Via Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, CA 92019. 

Pursuant to Government Code Section 6061, the Board of Directors may approve the capital improvement project.  The Board of Directors has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., at which time the Board of Directors will discuss and may adopt the capital improvement plan (projects #1).

Additional information about the San Diego Fire Mitigation Fee Program and the Capital Improvement Plan may be obtained from Leah Harris, Administrative Officer/Finance Officer, at the following address:

Ordinance 2023-1 was duly introduced at a regular public meeting of the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District Board, held on April 12, 2023, and was duly adopted, passed, and ordered posted at an adjourned regular meeting of the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District Board held on May 10, 2023.
