NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

FOR THE

SAN MIGUEL CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

Please take notice that the District is adopting a capital improvement project #1, for the bond repayment of Headquarters Facility (Station 15) located at 2850 Via Orange Way, Spring Valley, CA 91978 and Station 22 located at 11501 Via Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, CA 92019.  The second capital improvement project #2 is for Station 19 Relocation (CSA 115) located at 727 E Bradley Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92021.    

Pursuant to Government Code Section 6061, the Board of Directors may, approve the capital improvement projects.  The Board of Directors has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., at which time the Board of Directors will discuss and may adopt the capital improvement plan (projects #1 & #2).
